Our manufacturing facility is designed to deliver high-precision fabrication with exceptional consistency and efficiency. Spread across a spacious production area, the plant has an annual manufacturing capacity of approximately 7,000 MT and is supported by a comprehensive range of modern fabrication technologies. The facility is equipped with CNC cutting and drilling systems, automatic I/H beam fit-up and double-headed SAW welding machines, H-beam straightening units, end-face milling machines, semi-automatic saws, MIG and stud welding equipment, and advanced airless spray painting systems. Sourced from leading manufacturers in Japan and Taiwan, these technologies enable accurate fabrication, superior finishing, and reliable production performance. With a strong focus on automation, precision, and quality control, the facility enables MHR Northern Structures to execute large-scale infrastructure projects with enhanced productivity, consistent standards, and dependable delivery.
